Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. The service

NorthAura ShiftFlow AI provides shift scheduling, rotation planning, sleep and fatigue tracking, meal and hydration reminders, pay and per diem estimation, reporting and an AI Shift Coach. Features vary by plan and may change, improve or be discontinued over time.

3. Plans, trial and billing

• A Free plan is available with limited features.
• Paid plans: Premium at $6.99/month or $66.99/year, and Pro at $12.99/month or $124.99/year, in US dollars.
• All paid plans start with a 2-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins and the first payment is taken automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices exclude taxes where applicable. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access other users' data, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no reselling access, and no uploading of content you have no right to share.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the schedules, notes, logs and records you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

6. Important disclaimers

NorthAura ShiftFlow AI provides organisational and lifestyle support. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor sleep disorders, fatigue impairment or any other condition. Always follow your employer's fatigue rules and seek professional advice for health concerns.

Pay, overtime, differential, per diem, expense and tax figures are estimates based on the rules you enter. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. Always verify earnings against your employer's official pay statement or collective agreement.

Alarms, alerts and reminders depend on your device, browser and operating system and may be delayed or missed. Do not rely on them as your only safety-critical alarm.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost wages or missed shifts.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NorthAura ShiftFlow AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk for other users.

9. Changes and contact
